Emory University is a private research university located in the quaint, historic neighborhood of Druid Hills in Atlanta, Georgia. Socializing is never an issue thanks to the Oxford Olympics, an orientation tradition upheld on the Oxford College campus, where freshmen compete in a wide variety of activities such as water balloon fights and trivia contests. Furthermore, the university’s healthcare system is the largest in the state, so it’s no surprise that the campus is always teeming with Pre-Med students. Also, hidden among the lush, green canopy is a booming metropolitan city, which the university’s countless business students undoubtedly take advantage of. The university’s athletics teams are known as the Eagles.
